Refund Policy

If, within the first 30 days after receiving your Prosperity Wristbands package(s), you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the complete package(s) to Prosperity Wristbands for a full refund.  Incomplete or damaged packages will not be refunded. Return postage is paid for by the customer.

Instructions for returning the product:

1) Send an email to feedback@prosperitywristbands.com letting us know that you will be returning the product and for what reasons.

2) Mail the package along with a copy of your original receipt to:

Please allow two weeks from the time that you mail the product for the processing of your refund.
